Kirk Melody

Kirk Melody is in his 4th year as facilitator of the Streator Area CEO program. Kirk was born and raised in Streator and has spent the last 30 years teaching Business Education at Streator Township High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Illinois and his Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. Kirk and his wife Denice reside outside of Varna, Illinois.

Kirk is extremely excited about having the opportunity to watch Streator’s participants grow and learn from the experts of their community. He has taught many business concepts over the years, but he is eager to see the mesh of leadership, problem solving, and creativity developed within the CEO participants.
