Thank you to Kyle, Joe & Co. at Quantix for speaking with us about the transportation company and giving us a tour of the Porter Avenue warehouse. Kyle talked about and showed us the plastic products they transport, utilizing rail and road. He also spoke about the different jobs available at Quantix from driving to mechanics, along with dispatch, warehouse and customer service, sharing his own story of how he worked his way up to a leadership role in the company. He emphasized how standard operating procedures (SOPs) are fundamental to the company, and how customer service can set apart businesses. We also appreciated the doughnuts!
