Connor Cofoid, entrepreneurial consultant and instructor for the IVCC Business Accelerator, visited us this morning, giving us tips about our individual businesses. He went around the table asking us questions about our ventures. He spoke about approaching business with the same approach as the scientific method, which involves observation, questioning, hypothesis, experimentation and analysis, then repeating. He emphasized the importance of talking to customers, asking them lots of questions and getting to know their behavior. His visit was refreshing and helped us tighten our business focus as we're winding down the school year, and preparing for the CEO Trade Show on Monday, May 4, at The Eastwood.
