Thank you to Rick and Justin at United Pipe and Supply for speaking with us about their business principles and giving us a tour of their Streator facility. United Pipe is a wholesale plumbing distributor with locations not only in Streator, but also others in Illinois, North Carolina and Colorado. They shared the story of how their business has grown from its roots in Streator. We heard about the importance of customer service and building trust with clients. We were able to see the scale of the warehouse, view the showroom and store, as well as hear how it all works together.
