Thank you to Dr. Sue at Countryside Animal Clinic for talking about her career as a veterinarian and about the business side of her practice. Dr. Sue has owned and operated Countryside since its beginning 41 years ago and it has seen many changes, from technology to staffing. She spoke about the growth of corporately-owned animal hospitals and how it affects smaller businesses, like hers. She said she still looks forward to every day she comes to work, because she is passionate about her job. And she also shared the wisdom that "nobody will love (your business) like you do." We also got to meet Cereal (the kitten) and were greeted by Dr. Abbie's two bulldogs, Gladys and Bev.
