Thank you to Natalie at Streator Family YMCA for giving us a presentation on identifying our personality and thinking about how we work in groups, as well as giving us a tour of the Y facility. We took personality tests, then shared the results. We talked about how understanding our personality's strengths and weaknesses can help us work better in groups, as well as understanding other people's personalities for how we all work together. This is a lesson we can utilize not only in class, but also think about everywhere we go. Additionally, we heard about how the Y is funded and the role it plays in the community.
