Thank you to Kelsey at Hilltop Haarvest for hosting us at their pumpkin patch. Kelsey talked about how Hilltop Haarvest got started, mentioning things didn't go as planned from the start. She talked about how she and her husband, Andy, learned from it and continue to adapt and grow. Along with having a pumpkin patch outside of Grand Ridge, they also sell produce at the Streator Farmers Market. She spoke about how they price their products and market their business, among other items.
