What a neat site visit we had today at Caterpillar’s Large Power Systems Division in Pontiac. We were greeted by Mikel Bosler, HR Representative and given a grand tour by Early Mathis and Nicole Mazon. Our participants were able to witness the many processes of their injectors being manufactured. It was amazing to see the enormous facility, the large workforce, and the awesome technology being used in their operations. We then had a Q&A with Mike, Tami Johns-Accounting, and Nicole Wesly-Engineering. They had great advice on lifelong learning and in choosing careers you love. They also shared the many opportunities available at Caterpillar and the promotional progression within departments. Thank you so much CAT for having us in!
