We were back with Illinois American Water today for a plant visit on Aqueduct Road. We were joined by Mrs. Holly Howard, Operations Superintendent and Mr. Terry Ragusa, Lead Plant Operator. We had an awesome tour of their facilities and learned so much about the processes involved. I don’t believe any of us knew of the regulations, testing, and work that it takes in getting clean water to our town. The process was neat to learn about and see.
