Today we visited Chismarick Realty and heard from Patrick Chismarick, Designated Managing Broker. Patrick also manages Town & Country Apartments with his family and truly has a lot going on in Streator. He discussed the history of both and explained how it all started with his great grandparents managing the Columbia Hotel years ago. Now, Patrick is the 4th generation managing Town & Country and also Chismarick Realty. He gave us an overview of both operations and had a lot of great advice. He shared the importance of building relationships, giving back to the community, advertising techniques, effective communication, and more. Thank you Patrick for having us in!
