We were at CHIX Restaurant this morning with General Mgr, Mr. Isaiah Swoke. Isaiah shared his journey into the food industry and experiences that led to his current role. He spoke passionately about making your employees the most important part of your job. “Your employees are ultimately the ones that sell the experience to your customers”. Isaiah had great examples and advice on what he looks for in the interview process and how they build their team at CHIX.
