Thank you to Mr. Bart Solon for coming in to talk with us this morning. Bart first shared a little of his background growing up in the Streator area. His schooling in Ag Finance & Farm Management, ultimately led to a long career in the banking industry. He discussed how early experiences in banking and a small business startup, eventually led to a successful launch of Partners Bank in February of 2000. He provided valuable insight in the steps needed in raising capital, building a team, and dealing with governmental regulations. Bart also had great advice and examples of business strategies and factors that led to this successful business launch. Thank you Bart for making the trip back to Streator to talk with us!
