About Me

 

Alexis Walkling is a senior at Streator Township High School. Aside from working part time at Smitty’s restaurant in Leonore, she can be found hanging out with her friends, facilitating activities in the agriculture education rooms, or spending time with her family. Alexis also spends many hours in the barn with her pigs, which she travels around to different livestock shows with. FFA plays a key role in her life as she has been involved for all four years of high school. She is currently serving as the 2023-2024 Streator FFA Chapter Vice President, as well as the Section 7 FFA Vice President. After graduation Alexis plans to attend IVCC where she will begin studying agriculture education with the goal of pursuing a career as an ag teacher.
